Cancellation Policy

Account Cancellation
We at Unfold Wings Group provide customers full control over their accounts. Account owners can cancel subscriptions at any time from the account settings or billing page of the specific web app or product.
Due to security and privacy concerns, we can only process cancellation requests from the account owner. If you’re unable to access the account or identify the account owner, please contact our support team at support@unfoldwings.com.
After Cancellation
- Your access to the service ends immediately upon cancellation.
- All your data on active servers is intended to be permanently deleted after 30 days.
- Backup systems may retain data for up to 60 days, but we are not responsible for any data loss or recovery failures.
- Data recovery is only available within the first 30 days, and we do not guarantee successful recovery.
- No refunds or credits will be provided for unused periods, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- By cancelling, you acknowledge and accept these terms regarding access, data, and refunds.
Service-Initiated Cancellation
Unfold Wings Group reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts under the following circumstances:
- Trial accounts: 14 days after expiration without upgrade.
- Inactive paid accounts: 120 days (4 months) of inactivity.
- Free accounts: 90 days (3 months) of inactivity.
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Failed payment attempts after multiple notifications.
Refund Policy
While we don’t automatically prorate unused service time, we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at support@unfoldwings.com for refund requests.
