Account Ownership Policy

1. Account Ownership

• Accounts on Unfold Wings Group websites or applications are owned by the organization specified during registration, if it is a legally registered entity.
• For unincorporated organizations or individual accounts, ownership belongs to the natural person who completed the registration.

2. Primary Account Management

• The person who creates the account is automatically the Primary Account Administrator.
• This role can be reassigned to another person.
• Ultimate ownership of the account and all associated data remains with the registered organization or individual as defined in Section 1.

3. Business Accounts

For business accounts where the customer is a company, corporation, partnership, association, or other legal entity:

• The account and all data within it are considered property of that legal entity
• Account access rights are subject to the entity’s internal governance
• Changes in organizational structure or ownership must be formally notified to Unfold Wings Group

4. Legal Authority

Unfold Wings Group reserves the right to:

• Verify account ownership claims
• Request documentation proving legal entity status
• Transfer account control pursuant to valid court orders or legal requirements
• Freeze accounts in cases of ownership disputes until resolved

5. Jurisdiction

This ownership policy is governed by French law. Any disputes regarding account ownership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
