By purchasing or subscribing, you acknowledge that we begin providing access immediately upon activation, and that certain resources and costs are incurred on your behalf, regardless of whether payment is one-time, recurring, or under another arrangement.
Limited Refund Policy
Service Activation
By activating your service, you explicitly acknowledge that:
- Service delivery begins immediately upon payment
- Computing resources are allocated to your account
- Infrastructure costs are incurred on your behalf
- Once service delivery begins, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Service Cancellation
- You can cancel your service at any time to stop future payments.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case, based on your usage and any costs we’ve already incurred providing the service.
- If you haven’t used the service, a full refund may be considered. If you’ve used part of the service, a partial refund may be issued.
Renewal Charges
- Renewal payments are generally non-refundable.
- If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we’ll review it.
- You are responsible for managing your subscription and renewal settings.
- You can cancel auto-renewal anytime before the next payment.
Non-Refundable Items
- Certain costs related to providing the service are generally non-refundable. These may include, for example:
- Setup or configuration fees
- Infrastructure and operational costs
- Data transfer or storage costs
- Administrative processing
- Refunds for these costs are generally not issued, but we review special cases on a fair, case-by-case basis.
Service Termination

- You can cancel your subscription at any time using our cancellation process.
- Your service will continue until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds for unused portions of the service are generally not provided, but we review special cases on a case-by-case basis.
- After cancellation, your data will be available for export for 30 days.
By Unfold Wings Group
- We may suspend or terminate your service immediately if our Terms of Service are violated.
- Refunds are generally not provided in cases of termination due to policy violations.
- After your service ends, you will have 30 days to download or export your data.
Service Credits
Sometimes things don’t go perfectly. In such cases, we may offer service credits to make things right.
Service Issues
- If there’s a verified system outage or critical service problem, we may provide a credit.
- Credits are usually limited to a portion of the monthly fee.
- Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness.
Technical Problems
- If you experience technical issues, let us know within 48 hours.
- Our technical team will verify the problem, and credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

By purchasing or subscribing to any Unfold Wings Group offerings, you explicitly:

Service Cancellation Process

- No partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- After 30 days, your account and data are intended to be permanently deleted.
- We are not responsible for data loss after this period, and while we make reasonable efforts to delete data, we cannot guarantee deletion in the event of technical errors or unforeseen issues.
- One-time products or services: Delivery is considered complete upon activation or receipt, and no refunds or continued access apply.
